9 Months!

Rylee's 8th month of life has been a big one!
  • she is crawling all over the place
  • she is clapping
  • she now has 5 teeth
  • she can feed herself
  • she is bouncing and bopping to music
  • she can wave

You hear it over and over again but there is truth in how fast the time goes. We try to savor every breath this sweet girl takes, and thank God every day for sharing her with us.

Happy Nine Months Rylee!

no excuse

I have no excuse to post these photos except that Rylee is adorable...(and the grandparents have been mentioning the lack of pictures showing Rylee all dressed up.) cough cough.

I love Rylee in this last photo looking up at her daddy with a big I Love you Dad grin. Like I said, adorable.

A good dose of track

We are in the midst of track season. And we are all very happy. Rylee is definitely a runner baby, she endures the long days, she never flinches at the start gun, she watches everyone run by, and she yells and claps (not always at the appropriate time - but she'll get there)

We love track! There are only a few more meets around here taking place this spring...but we have our sights set for Oregon 2012!

peaches & picnics

the weather has been too nice, so we find every opportunity to get outside. even lunch time.

We had a picnic, ate peaches and watched the puppy dogs play and bark. I love being a mommy.

Gainesville

The beginning of  our week away we spent in Gainesville. It had been my grandma's birthday that weekend so we got to take her to all of our favorite restaurant - Catfish Louie's! For her birthday we got her a frame that held two pictures, one of her holding me when I was a baby, and next to it one of her holding Rylee at the same age. I can't be sure, but I think it may have been more special for me than it was for her... My Grandma & Grandpa have a very special place in my heart...and it means the world to me that Grandma and Rylee get time to know one another.

We had a great time visiting with family catching up and sharing lots of laughs! Can't wait to do it again.

Tulsa

Jeremy and I were so excited to have the opportunity to make a trip to the Tulsa Workshop this year. Not only is the workshop an awesome experience in hearing phenomenal speakers share the word, and bring out ways to uplift, encourage, and challenge you in ministry and your own walk, but this place also holds sentimental value because this is where Jeremy and I got our start.

Because of work and school schedules the last 3 years we have not been able to attend. We have been anticipating this trip for some time now.

There is something special about coming together with other Christians from all over the place, across the country, and the world to connect and worship with one another. It is Awesome. Plainly put.

We all had a great time together. We are already anticipating our Tulsa trip next March!!!
